- Apply with Eaton Homes
Next, you’ll need to apply. Simply enquire about the Key Worker Scheme by getting in touch with our team either over the phone, via email, or using our online contact form.
- Agree deposit contribution
Following a successful application, the sum to be contributed by Eaton Homes will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property. The deposit contribution varies depending on house type, purchase price, and individual eligibility criteria.
- Reserve a plot
You can then reserve a plot, which will require payment of a reservation fee. This fee holds the property, usually for 28 days, while contracts are prepared and is deducted from the completion statement.
- Legal completion
When it comes to exchanging contracts, payment of the agreed deposit contribution will be made by Eaton Homes on legal completion.
